Cancellation Policy

1/ Guarantee Policy:

Reservations will be guaranteed though a credit card. The hotel will charge a 20% of the
amount of the reservation as a deposit.

2/ Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellations until 31 days before the check-in, the hotel will return
the 20% of deposit.

• 30 days – 15 days. In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge
the 20% of the amount, the equivalent of the deposit

• 14 days – 5 days. In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge the
50% of the amount (20% of deposit + 30%).

* The last 5 days before of the check-in. In case of cancellation between this period, the
hotel will charge the 80% of the amount (20% of deposit + 60%).

* No Show or curtailment 100% of total reservation will be charged.
